Live-it as opposed to a die-it!



Start by eliminating soda. You will see a big weight loss since soda is all sugar. Stop using sugar substitutes. They have cancer causing ingredients in them. Remember saccharine? If you want to use sugar get organic brown sugar or, find a natural substitute. Your taste buds will assimilate. The same goes for salt. Substitute with pepper and rosemary.

Nutritional Yeast taste like Potato Chips to me. I put that stuff on everything! I get mine at therawfoodworld.com. They have a lot of great recipes, organic food and it's run by an individual and small team, not Amazon!
You can buy a juicer for $40.00 at Wayfair.com. (Not Amazon) Try to use small businesses as much as possible.

Once you start juicing you don't have to worry if you're eating enough fresh food and you don't have to go crazy with a lot of fruits and vegetables. Do a search for different juices you can make. Once your body gets a good amount of minerals and trace minerals it will release the fat cells which are holding on to your body because it thinks it's starving and goes into survival mode. It stores fat mostly in the stomach for men and hips and thighs for women.
Eat Slowly
Your body doesn't feel the food in your stomach right away, give it a few minutes and you'll see that you are satisfied and won't overeat.
Walk work-out and stretch! It's never too late to start. I started at 39 yrs old because my back went out simply from a lack of muscle.
One particular book was about standing up to people to get rid of back pain. Once I decided not to be a doormat I've never had a back problem again.
